Terms of service
Acceptance of terms
By using this store and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Products & pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices and promotions at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by PayFast. Your order is confirmed once payment clears. We accept cards, Instant EFT, SnapScan and Zapper.
Promotions
WOOD10 gives 10% off products at checkout, excluding delivery. It replaces rather than combines with buy-more-save-more discounts. One free applicator sponge is included per order.
Limitation of liability
Our products must be used as directed. Wood New Oil is not liable for damage arising from misuse. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act and ECTA.
